Cleo + Josh | Summer Wedding on Thompson Island | Boston, MA Wedding Photographer

This beautiful, homegrown wedding on Thompson Island in Boston was one of the most unique celebrations we were lucky enough to celebrate last summer. Cleo + Josh are a creative, witty, energetic and fun-loving couple who, together with their family of artists, teachers, makers, scientists and creatives, brought their talents and work ethic to the table to create a gorgeous and personal wedding set against the Boston Skyline. Every touch of this day seemed to be created and assembled by hand, leaving Zack and I humbled and excited to document it in a way that reflected the labor of love we knew it was. On this bitterly cold January day, Cleo + Josh’s wedding day seems like the perfect place to be transported back to.

Abbi + Grant | Boston Harbor Hotel + Boston Harbor Cruises

Back in June, we photographed this unique and amazing wedding for two people I could not adore more. Abbi and Grant are a power couple. Grant is a Texas gentleman and Abbi is a fiery, fun red-head who loves spicy margaritas even more than I do. Together they are an unstoppable force. Their day began at Boston Harbor Hotel with a beautiful ceremony in Foster’s Pavilion under foggy, New England skies and ended with a wild reception on a cruise around Boston Harbor aboard The Majesty. I can’t quite express just how fond I am of these guys or how lucky we are to have met them. Enjoy this throwback to one of the longest days of the year!

Rachel + Steve | The International Golf Club Wedding | Boston Wedding Photographer

Rachel + Steve's wedding was any documentary wedding photographer's dream. The sheer amount of genuine, delightful, off-the-script moments and exchanges between family and friends made this day an absolute treasure to capture and be a part of. One of the best things about this work is going into each wedding with an open mind and letting the day shape itself and your work. Every wedding has a life of it's own, and Zack and I both agreed that this wedding just had SO much life. Rachel + Steve are a gem of a couple who bring light and laughter to every room they grace, and we were so lucky to have been a part of this celebration.

Leah & Nick | Willowdale Estate | 9.9.17 | Boston Wedding Photographer

Leah & Nick were married on an absolutely gorgeous day in September at the stunning Willowdale Estate in Topsfield. Even months later, revisiting all of the laughter, love, and lively, candid moments between Leah, Nick and their friends and families brought me right back and made it almost impossible to choose between my favorite images. I think I could blog this wedding 5 times over in different ways and always feel as though there were more I wanted to include! These two became a super special couple to me this year and I'm sure if you spend some time looking over these moments, you'll see why.

Special thanks to the staff at Willowdale Estate and the wonderful Jenna Vassallo who acted as my second shooter and contributed much to this gallery :)

Enjoy!

Amanda & Justin | 9.8.17 | L'Andana | Burlington, MA | Boston Wedding Photographer

I loved working with Amanda and Justin so much it's hard for me to even begin to write about the two of them and their wedding day. I was lucky enough to get to know Amanda in working with her to plan details of the wedding, and when the big day arrived, she and Justin truly made me feel so welcome that I could have been a guest or part of their big, amazing family.

As a couple, Amanda and Justin are sweet, genuinely caring and absolutely hilarious. They have a big love for the same things I love most about weddings (personal touches, a killer dance party, family, and food that is out. of. this. world.) and it was so genuinely fun and magical to see all of those things come together to create their insane party of a wedding. Seriously, guys. Dance. Party. of. the. Cench. Cheers, Amanda & Justin! I love your love and I love how everything came together to create such a killer day.

Special thanks to my second shooter Jessica over at JMP Image for doing great work and asking a stranger if the bride could hold his 8-week-old puppy during our portrait time. You Rock <3
